Let us pray that God will give us peace.


Almighty and merciful God, walk with us in our busy lives and keep us free from anxieties and worries.

Through Christ our Lord, Amen.


Quieten your minds and reflect on these powerful words of Jesus - "Don't be worried or afraid."

Sometimes, even when we try to be calm, our minds can be full of anxious thoughts.
