Tuesday Week 7, Term 2

Pentecost

On the weekend, it was the Liturgical season of Pentecost. This is the 'Birthday of the Church', and when the Holy Spirit came to visit the Disciples. This prompted the Disciples to then live their lives spreading the mission of Jesus.

Dear God,

thank you that you have sent us the power of the Holy Spirit.

Please fill us up each day with the Holy Spirit that we would have the power to live for Jesus and let his light shine in our lives.
