2026 Diocesan Prayer

Growing in Hope 

Loving and faithful God,

You continue to sow abundant seeds of goodness

Help us to nurture these seeds to grow hope in ourselves and in others.

In our hearts, let there be hope—

hope that trusts in Your promise

and believes that Your light always shines.

All: Help us to grow in hope

In our actions, let there be love—

love that never stops caring,

that is patient, kind, and generous.

All: Help us to grow in love

In our thoughts, let there be mercy-

mercy that responds to the needs of others,

growing hope in our communities.

All: Help us to grow in mercy

As we walk together in faith, may our hope grow,

giving us the courage to love boldly,

to live humbly and serve with joy.

We ask this through Jesus, who shows us how to love.
