Monday Week 7, Term 3

On Sunday, a group of Year 7 students joined with others from the Parish to make their Sacrament of Confirmation.

Today, we pray for guidance for them and ourselves on our faith journeys.

Prayer to the Holy Spirit

Loving God,

As we reflect on the Sacrament of Confirmation, we thank You for Your love and guidance in our lives.

Send Your Holy Spirit upon us. Fill our hearts with courage to stand up for what is right, wisdom to make good choices, and strength to follow Jesus each day.

Help us to recognise Your presence in our lives, especially when we face challenges, doubts, or difficult decisions. May Your Spirit inspire us to be people of kindness, compassion, and hope.

Guide us to use the gifts You have given us to serve others, build community, and make a positive difference in the world.

May Confirmation deepen our faith and help us grow as disciples of Jesus, sharing His love wherever we go.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.
